Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

This document outlines the rules and policies for all members and visitors of The Stormpaw Tribe. By participating in guild activities, on the website, or in any associated communication channels (such as Discord or in-game chat), you agree to these terms.

1. General Conduct

All members are expected to be respectful and considerate of others. We are a community, and our interactions should reflect that. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, and hate speech. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personal attacks or insults.
  • Discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Disruptive or spamming behavior.
2. Age Requirement

The Stormpaw Tribe is an 18+ guild. This is due to the mature themes in our roleplaying, which may include gore, violence, and other NSFW elements. By joining the guild, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Acceptable Use of Guild Resources
  • Website & Forums: The guild website is a resource for all members. You may post content, but it must adhere to this policy.
  • In-Game Content: Use of guild chat, resources, and shared spaces should be for legitimate guild-related purposes.
  • Discord: Our Discord server is an extension of the guild and is governed by these same rules.
4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on all guild platforms:

  • Illegal Material: Posting, sharing, or discussing any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (e.g., piracy, illegal drugs). Any illegal content discovered on our platforms will be removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Spam & Advertising: Unsolicited advertising or repeated posting of irrelevant messages.
  • Malicious Content: Sharing viruses, malware, or links to harmful websites.
  • Gore & NSFW: Given the nature of our roleplaying, we allow mature content, including gore and NSFW elements, but only in designated channels or sections and with clear warnings. Public channels are to remain SFW (safe for work).
  • Harassment: Any form of targeted harassment, stalking, or doxxing is strictly forbidden.
5. Enforcement

Breaches of these rules will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the guild and its platforms.

By participating in The Stormpaw Tribe, you acknowledge and agree to these rules. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
